Today, Team Valley is the largest industrial estate in single freehold ownership in the country. It is host to over 700 businesses, employing 20,000 people, and is still regarded in the property world as an exemplar of commercial property and is known throughout the world.

Over the last 10 years significant development has taken place including the development of Maingate at the Northern end of the estate. This provides to the estate an infrastructure of service facilities, including hotel, gym, convenience retail and serviced offices. Together with other recent developments, it has transformed the estate into a modern 21st century business park.

This website was set up to help explain the rich history of the Team Valley and also give information about how we are celebrating 75 years of success. We have sections that display the vast array of businesses on the estate and key developments that have allowed these businesses to flourish.
